CHING FARM RESCUE & SANCTUARY UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP
Ching Farm Rescue & Sanctuary is proud to announce Lindsey Armstrong and Rob Fenn as new Executive Directors of the farm, now known as “Clementine Ranch.”
Lindsey and Rob are extremely inspired by the words of Buddha:
“May all that have life be delivered from suffering.”
Their vision is that Clementine Ranch will be a place of compassion, life, and creativity—one that combines their love of animals, a vegan lifestyle, and music. The future of the ranch includes an organic greenhouse and a state-of-the-art recording studio, coming fall of 2021.
Founder and former Executive Director, Faith Ching, has devoted her life to animal rescue. For 22 years she has poured every ounce of herself, emotionally, physically, mentally, and financially into the care of the thousands of animals who were found and unclaimed, abused, neglected, given up on because of old age or disability, released from factory farms or research facilities, or re-homed by families who couldn’t care for them. The farm is currently home to nearly 200 animals who came from these various backgrounds and will live out the rest of their days knowing only kindness, love, and compassion. The lives of the humans involved at Ching Farm have been greatly impacted, if not saved, because of their experiences with the animals. Volunteers and visitors have been offered the opportunity to see animals as the sentient beings that they are. None of this would have been possible without Faith and Mike Ching and what they’ve built over the years. Faith’s knowledge and expertise are invaluable and Lindsey and Rob are honored that she will remain involved with Clementine Ranch as a board member.
From Faith: “It’s time for me to pass the torch! And the angels that have always looked out for Ching Farm Rescue handed me two people who are excited to be taking the reins.
“This is extremely exciting and couldn’t have happened at a better time. As you can imagine, this is the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life, but it is the best thing. They have new, fresh energy and drive! It can only benefit the animals. I know they will do an amazing job!”
