This weeks Bourbon and Plants Recipe was stolen from my better half Lindsey. We were having lunch at Sweet Hazel with her co workers and out of nowhere she says, "I can't wait to make burritos with the Thanksgiving leftovers." Well, it was a great idea.
She took a tortilla and smeared the cranberries on it. then heated up the stuffing, mashed potatoes, vegan turkey, and spinach. Wrapped it all up and then smothered it with mushroom gravy. Next year we are skipping Thanksgiving dinner and jumping into Friday leftovers.
